In the current environment of increasing labor, materials, and entitlement costs, cost inefficiencies, cycle times, and competition, home builders are seeking a path to sustainable profit. The program for the 2019 Housing Giants Leadership Conference will focus on successful best practices to manage or overcome those forces and increase or maintain margins through better, more efficient processes and customer-driven product development.
