Housing Giants Leadership Conference

ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE PROFITABILITY

In the current environment of increasing labor, materials, and entitlement costs, cost inefficiencies, cycle times, and competition, home builders are seeking a path to sustainable profit. The program for the 2019 Housing Giants Leadership Conference will focus on successful best practices to manage or overcome those forces and increase or maintain margins through better, more efficient processes and customer-driven product development.

The agenda follows the linear path of the home building process: land development; architecture; purchasing; trade and supplier relations; construction; the buying experience; and post-occupancy services, as well as the value of a collaborative and supportive corporate culture and the increasing role of data.

Each presentation will focus on creating a more efficient process to deliver the best possible product that delights buyers. The goal is to challenge the status quo and inspire change that enables sustainable profitability.
