Andrew Weinreich

Andrew Weinreich is a New York City-based serial entrepreneur and founder of the world's first social network. To date, he's founded seven technology startups and has been awarded two software patents. Since 2013, he has sold two businesses, including Xtify to IBM, while advising five other startups. Andrew's knack for uncovering the next big trends in technology and then building successful companies has established his unique position within the tech startup world. He's currently the co-founder and chairman of Indicative, a data analytics startup, and founder of Andrew's Roadmaps, the premier educational launch pad for startup founders. He leads the business podcast Predicting Our Future, where he interviews leading entrepreneurs and experts to predict the next revolutions in technology (the first series is on home building), as well as massive opportunities for entrepreneurs.

Ladd Fargo
Executive Vice President, David Weekley Homes

David Weekley Homes' Executive Vice President Ladd Fargo oversees markets in Houston, Phoenix, Denver, Colorado Springs, Portland, and Salt Lake City. Fargo joined Weekley in 2004 and has 23 years of home building experience. Fargo began his home building career as a builder in 1994 and has since held the position of Project Manager, Area Construction Manager, and Land Acquisition Manager in other companies and Project Manager, Division President, and Area President within David Weekley Homes. During his tenure with Weekley, Fargo has received the Division of the Year award as Division President in San Antonio along with Division of the Year award as Area President in Dallas.

Steve James is a Founding Partner and Director of Community Design for DTJ DESIGN, Inc., an international multi-discipline firm located in Boulder, Colorado and Atlanta, Georgia. Trained in both architecture and planning, Steve has over 30 years of experience combining his passion for artistry, beauty and renewal with his understanding of development trends and market savvy. His thoughtfully designed solutions are expressed beautifully in the built environment. Steve's award-winning projects include residential, resort, and mixed-use developments ranging from small infill sites and cluster neighborhoods, to golf course communities and large multi-use developments.

Tim Sullivan
Practice Leader, Meyers Research

Tim Sullivan is a major influencer in the field of market research and community development. He has formulated creative supply and demand methodologies, driven new product designs for conventional and active adult living spaces, and helped re-define community development programs all over the country. He began his career with industry pioneer Sanford R. Goodkin in the early 1980s with a focus on creating New Towns (the precursor to Master Planned Communities). From there he spent nearly a decade with the National Real Estate Consulting Group at KPMG where he established and expanded their Residential and Commercial Services. From KPMG, Tim joined Jeff Meyers and helped transform the nascent Meyers Consulting team into a nationwide practice best known for optimizing community designs for optimal returns. Tim just completed his 34th year in the real estate development industry, and is focused on helping define consumer preferences and design great places. He was inducted into the California Homebuilder Hall of Fame in June 2016.

Denise Dersin
Editorial Director

Denise Dersin is the editorial director of Professional BuilderCustom Builder, ProBuilder.com, and CustomBuilderOnline.com. An award-winning writer and editor for more than 25 years, Dersin previously served as editor in chief of Builder magazine and editor of Time Life Books. While at Time Life, she edited, wrote, or researched more than 50 volumes for four of the company’s best-selling series of books.

Tony Mancini
SGC Horizon Building Group Director-Principal

Tony Mancini is the SGC Horizon Building Group Director-Principal and has launched numerous events and platforms for the residential and commercial construction industry. Prior to founding SGC Horizon, Mancini spent 12 years at Reed Business Information in leadership roles within the residential and commercial markets, including group director for Reed Construction Media, and publisher of Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler. He began his career at CertainTeed Corporation and also served as associate publisher for Sweet’s International at McGraw-Hill.
