Mollie Carmichael has been a leading strategist for 30+ years as a builder, developer, and consultant. Her experience includes national consumer and product insight and design, operational strategic planning, new market positioning, community and product segmentation, customized market demand analysis, and consumer driven tactical and marketing plans. Mollie is passionate about understanding consumer behavior and combining art and science to drive consumer-centric planning for homes and communities. Her experience includes serving as Vice President of Residential Product Planning for The Irvine Company, as well as working on the builder side for 10 years as the Regional Vice President of Strategic Marketing for the California Region for Pulte Homes/Del Webb and Lennar. Her most recent experience includes 9+ years with John Burns Real Estate Consulting as Principal, leading Consumer and Product Insights, DesignLens, and other strategic efforts nationally.

Ladd Fargo
Executive Vice President, David Weekley Homes

David Weekley Homes' Executive Vice President Ladd Fargo oversees markets in Houston, Phoenix, Denver, Colorado Springs, Portland, and Salt Lake City. Fargo joined Weekley in 2004 and has 23 years of home building experience. Fargo began his home building career as a builder in 1994 and has since held the position of Project Manager, Area Construction Manager, and Land Acquisition Manager in other companies and Project Manager, Division President, and Area President within David Weekley Homes. During his tenure with Weekley, Fargo has received the Division of the Year award as Division President in San Antonio along with Division of the Year award as Area President in Dallas. 

Bob Flaherty
Division President, Toll Brothers

Bob Flaherty has been with Toll Brothers for 19 years, and the Arizona Division President for the last 5 years. He has a Degree in Economics from UCLA, is the Chairman of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, and a member of the Board and Advisory Committee for ASU's Del E Webb School of Construction, where he is also a Faculty Associate and teaches a class in Residential Construction. Bob has been married for 23 years, has 4 kids, 3 of whom are attending the University of Arizona. When he is not with his family or working, he spends much of his free time on the golf course and considers himself an avid but humble golfer.

Eric Lipar

Eric Lipar became chief executive officer of LGI Homes in 2009 and has served as chairman of the board since July 2013. Previously, he served as the president from 2003 until 2009. Eric has been in the residential land development business since the mid-1990s and is one of the founders of LGI Homes. He has overseen land acquisition, development and the sales since LGI Homes' inception. Through his in-depth work experience, he has obtained a broad background in all aspects of residential construction, development, financing, sales and marketing. His responsibility for the overall strategic leadership of LGI Homes includes working closely with key executives to establish, implement and direct LGI's long-range goals, strategies and policies. Eric currently serves on the Residential Neighborhood Development Council for the Urban Land Institute.

Tim Sullivan
Managing Principal, Meyers Research

Tim Sullivan is a major influencer in the field of market research and community development. He has formulated creative supply and demand methodologies, driven new product designs for conventional and active adult living spaces, and helped re-define community development programs all over the country. He began his career with industry pioneer Sanford R. Goodkin in the early 1980s with a focus on creating New Towns (the precursor to Master Planned Communities). From there he spent nearly a decade with the National Real Estate Consulting Group at KPMG where he established and expanded their Residential and Commercial Services. From KPMG, Tim joined Jeff Meyers and helped transform the nascent Meyers Consulting team into a nationwide practice best known for optimizing community designs for optimal returns. Tim just completed his 34th year in the real estate development industry, and is focused on helping define consumer preferences and design great places. He was inducted into the California Homebuilder Hall of Fame in June 2016.

Prior to founding SGC Horizon, Mancini spent 12 years at Reed Business Information in leadership roles within the residential and commercial markets, including group director for Reed Construction Media, and publisher of Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler. He began his career at CertainTeed Corporation and also served as associate publisher for Sweet’s International at McGraw-Hill.

Bob has 31 years of experience in the home building industry. He joined Whirlpool in 1999, and for the past 18 years has held eight roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Brand, Product, Marketing and Merchandising. Leading the builder business for Whirlpool has been a passion and privilege. Prior to joining Whirlpool, Bob worked for 13 years in the kitchen cabinet industry for companies in Minneapolis, San Francisco and Las Vegas. Bob is married, has two children, is currently living in South Bend, Indiana and works at the Whirlpool corporate headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan. His personal interests include reading, golf & biking.

Marketing Director, Samsung

David Bernardino is the Marketing Director for Samsung's Super Premium and Builder business within its Home Appliance division, where he leads all of marketing for Samsung's expansion into the building industry. Prior to joining Samsung in 2016, he spent 16 years in the consumer packaged goods industry, at places like Gillette and P&G, and on brands ranging from Oral-B to Coppertone and Birds Eye. He holds a MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and a Bachelors from Carnegie Mellon University. David was named to Brand Innovator's 40 under 40 list in 2013.

For the past 17 years, Brian Kincaid has served as the SW Region Sales and Specification Manager for Panasonic Eco Solutions. He has been involved professionally in the building industry as a member of ASHRAE, BIA and the Illuminating Engineering Society for over 35 years. He lives in Carefree, Arizona with his wife Julianna and has two daughters and three grandchildren.

Royce Kuntz earned a Bachelors of Science at The Ohio State University and has spent nearly two decades in the Building Materials Industry. Royce began his career with Fypon, a leading manufacturer of synthetic molding and millwork where he was instrumental in the creation of a new builder program which was implemented with several national builders. In 2008, Royce joined DaVinci Roofscapes as a sales manager in the high end residential roofing space. Royce is currently a National Account Manager for DuPont, proudly representing Tyvek building envelope solutions for the home builder community. Royce spends his free time enjoying outdoor activities with his wife, Gloria, his daughter, Grace and their Great Dane, Henry.
