He has a Degree in Economics from UCLA, is the Chairman of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, and a member of the Board and Advisory Committee for ASU's Del E Webb School of Construction, where he is also a Faculty Associate and teaches a class in Residential Construction. Bob has been married for 23 years, has 4 kids, 3 of whom are attending the University of Arizona. Eric Lipar became chief executive officer of LGI Homes in 2009 and has served as chairman of the board since July 2013. Previously, he served as the president from 2003 until 2009. He has overseen land acquisition, development and the sales since LGI Homes' inception. Through his in-depth work experience, he has obtained a broad background in all aspects of residential construction, development, financing, sales and marketing. Tim Sullivan is a major influencer in the field of market research and community development. He has formulated creative supply and demand methodologies, driven new product designs for conventional and active adult living spaces, and helped re-define community development programs all over the country. He began his career with industry pioneer Sanford R. Goodkin in the early 1980s with a focus on creating New Towns (the precursor to Master Planned Communities). From there he spent nearly a decade with the National Real Estate Consulting Group at KPMG where he established and expanded their Residential and Commercial Services. From KPMG, Tim joined Jeff Meyers and helped transform the nascent Meyers Consulting team into a nationwide practice best known for optimizing community designs for optimal returns. Tim just completed his 34th year in the real estate development industry, and is focused on helping define consumer preferences and design great places. He was inducted into the California Homebuilder Hall of Fame in June 2016.
Denise Dersin is the editorial director of Professional Builder, Custom Builder, ProBuilder.com, and CustomBuilderOnline.com. An award-winning writer and editor for more than 25 years, Dersin previously served as editor in chief of Builder magazine and editor of Time Life Books. While at Time Life, she edited, wrote, or researched more than 50 volumes for four of the company’s best-selling series of books.

Prior to joining Whirlpool, Bob worked for 13 years in the kitchen cabinet industry for companies in Minneapolis, San Francisco and Las Vegas. Bob is married, has two children, is currently living in South Bend, Indiana and works at the Whirlpool corporate headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan. His personal interests include reading, golf & biking.

Prior to joining Samsung in 2016, he spent 16 years in the consumer packaged goods industry, at places like Gillette and P&G, and on brands ranging from Oral-B to Coppertone and Birds Eye. He holds a MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and a Bachelors from Carnegie Mellon University. David was named to Brand Innovator's 40 under 40 list in 2013.

Royce Kuntz earned a Bachelors of Science at The Ohio State University and has spent nearly two decades in the Building Materials Industry. Royce began his career with Fypon, a leading manufacturer of synthetic molding and millwork where he was instrumental in the creation of a new builder program which was implemented with several national builders. In 2008, Royce joined DaVinci Roofscapes as a sales manager in the high end residential roofing space. Royce is currently a National Account Manager for DuPont, proudly representing Tyvek building envelope solutions for the home builder community. Royce spends his free time enjoying outdoor activities with his wife, Gloria, his daughter, Grace and their Great Dane, Henry.
